I'm a UCLA-trained psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — working with high-achieving adults, teens, and families who want more than just coping strategies. Telehealth available throughout California.
Ph.D. from
UCLAWhile my credentials are well established — Ph.D. from UCLA, postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA's Semel Institute, faculty at UCLA's School of Medicine — what clients appreciate most is something harder to put on a résumé. I connect with people who've tried therapy before and haven't felt it click.
My clients are often high-achieving adults, professionals, and parents who are managing a great deal — but privately struggling with anxiety, mood, relationships, or a sense that something is quietly off.
Before private practice, I served as a Clinical Instructor at UCLA's School of Medicine and as Senior Vice President at Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services, where I oversaw clinical training and evidence-based practices across one of LA's largest mental health agencies.

My clients are often high-functioning by most measures — successful in their careers, attentive parents, accomplished students. But something is quietly getting in the way: anxiety that won't quiet down, a relationship that keeps hitting the same wall, a teenager who's pulling away, or simply a persistent sense of being stuck despite doing everything right.
Many have tried therapy before without finding the right fit. Some are reaching out for the first time and aren't sure what to expect. What they share is a genuine desire to understand themselves better and build something more — not just manage symptoms, but create the life they're actually capable of living.
If that sounds like you, I'd like to hear from you.
My treatment approach is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — a structured, evidence-based method that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. Rather than dwelling on the past, I work collaboratively with clients to build the life they want now and in the future.
I provide a trusting, safe, and confidential environment. Whether you're navigating a difficult period or working toward long-term growth, I'm here to support you with warmth and expertise.
